The T35-11(BT35-11) series axial flow fans are new models improved from the T30-11 series in the 1980s. Compared with T30-11, they have the following advantages:
● More reasonable structure: cylindrical hub reduces flow loss, and the blade roots have high strength.
● Significantly improved performance: total pressure efficiency reaches over 80%, and noise (specific A-weighted sound level) is reduced by 3.6 dB(A).
This series is suitable for conveying flammable and explosive, non-corrosive, non-dusty gases, with an ambient temperature not exceeding 60°C. They are widely used for ventilation or enhancing heat dissipation in general factories, warehouses, offices, and residences. They can also be installed in series at intervals in long exhaust ducts to increase duct pressure. The casing can be removed for use as a free fan.
This series includes 13 specifications of impeller diameters from small to large. Each fan has 4 blades, with five blade angles available: 15°, 20°, 25°, 30°, and 35°. The parameter range is wide: airflow from 1605 to 74681 m³/h, static pressure from 60 to 427 Pa (see the technical data table for details). The fan mainly consists of impeller, casing, air collector, and motor. The impeller is directly coupled to the motor, and the impeller rotates leftward.
