In-Row air conditioner is an intelligent temperature control product used in modular data centers. The unit size is equivalent to standard data cabinets and is usually deployed in a cabinet arrangement, typically side by side with server cabinets. Combined with closed cold and hot channels, it is close to the heat source for efficient cooling. The cooling output of the product is directly used as the inlet air for the heating equipment, and the cooling effect of the heating equipment is good. The heat dissipation output of the heating equipment is directly used as the inlet air for the air conditioning equipment. The air conditioner has a high energy efficiency ratio and significant energy-saving effect on the equipment.

Fast response, precise cooling
The in-row air conditioner adopts a DC inverter scroll compressor specially designed for multi-split systems and long piping with large height differences. The compressor features a high back-pressure design and low oil carry-over, ensuring high reliability;
Built-in oil separator prevents compressor damage caused by oil starvation;
Liquid line solenoid valve and discharge check valve prevent refrigerant migration from higher elevations back to the indoor compressor during shutdown, avoiding liquid slugging during startup;
PTC electric heater design effectively controls supply air temperature and prevents condensation;
Media humidifier provides enthalpy-efficient humidification for energy savings;
EC fans are adopted, and fan speed can be field-adjusted based on static pressure, load, noise, etc.;
Outdoor unit also uses EC fans, which automatically adjust speed according to outdoor temperature to ensure reliable compressor operation in low-temperature conditions; low-ambient kits are available for extreme cold regions;
Low-load dehumidification function: when sensible cooling load is low but humidity load is high, the unit automatically adjusts compressor frequency and fan speed for energy-efficient dehumidification;
Anti-condensation function: automatically operates to prevent condensation under easily condensing conditions;
Water leakage alarm: automatically shuts down and alarms upon water leakage;
Differential pressure sensor automatically monitors filter pressure drop and provides early warning when the filter becomes clogged;
The unit supports rotation, standby duty, and telemetry/tele-signal/tele-control (three-remote) functions. Multiple units automatically rotate between primary and standby units. If one unit fails, the standby unit automatically takes over. Remote monitoring is available via RS485 interface.

Test conditions: Power supply 380V/50Hz 3N; return air temperature 37°C, wet-bulb 23.1°C, outdoor temperature 35°C.
Pipe sizes for R410A refrigerant lines must meet minimum wall thickness requirements. Refer to product user manual for details.
