In-row air conditioner is an intelligent temperature control product used in modular data centers. The unit size is equivalent to standard data cabinets and is usually deployed in a cabinet arrangement, typically side by side with server cabinets. Combined with closed cold and hot channels, it is close to the heat source for efficient cooling. The cooling output of the product is directly used as the inlet air for the heating equipment, and the cooling effect of the heating equipment is good. The heat dissipation output of the heating equipment is directly used as the inlet air for the air conditioning equipment. The air conditioner has a high energy efficiency ratio and significant energy-saving effect on the equipment.

● Chilled water in-row air conditioner uses chilled water as the cooling medium, offering a simple system design and high operational reliability;

● The unit dimensions match standard server racks, allowing sidebyside installation within the row for closecoupled, highefficiency cooling;

● Significantly lower installed power and quieter operation compared to direct expansion units, reducing overall data center energy consumption and noise;

● Automatically modulates chilled water flow (typically with a proportionalintegral valve) according to realtime load for precise energysaving control;

● PTC electric heater with staged control precisely manages supply air temperature and prevents condensation;

● Optional media humidifier provides enthalpyefficient humidification with low water quality requirements;

● EC fans (standard or optional) with fieldadjustable speed based on static pressure, load, noise, and other site conditions;

● Intelligent anticondensation function automatically adjusts operation under easily condensing conditions;

● Water leakage alarm triggers automatic shutdown and alarm;

● Builtin differential pressure sensor continuously monitors filter clogging and provides early warning when pressure drop is excessive;

● Supports rotation, standby duty, and telemetry/telesignal/telecontrol functions; multiple units automatically assign primary/standby roles, and a standby unit automatically takes over in case of failure;
