B9-19A Flameproof High Pressure Centrifugal Fan
The B9-19A flameproof high pressure centrifugal fan is generally used for ventilation in forging furnaces and high-pressure systems. It can be widely used for conveying materials, air, and non-corrosive, non-viscous gases. The medium temperature should generally not exceed 50°C (maximum 80°C). The content of dust and hard particles in the medium shall not exceed 150 mg/m³.

Scope of Application and Use

The B9-19A flameproof high pressure centrifugal fan is generally used for ventilation in forging furnaces and high-pressure systems. Construction

● No 4~6.3A: Mainly composed of impeller, casing, inlet, bracket, etc.

● No 7.1~16: Mainly composed of impeller, casing, inlet, transmission assembly, etc.

● Impeller: 9-19 type has 12 blades, 9-26 type has 16 blades, both forward-curved blade type. Maximum peripheral speed at the outer edge of the impeller diffuser does not exceed 140 m/s. The impeller is statically and dynamically balanced after forming for smooth operation. (Material is generally steel; aluminum alloy available on order.)

● Casing: Welded from ordinary steel plate into a cylindrical shell.

● Inlet: Convergent streamlined integral structure, bolted to the casing side plate.

● Transmission assembly: Composed of main shaft, bearing housing, coupling, etc. The main shaft is made of high-quality steel. The bearing housing uses rolling bearings lubricated with grease.

● Motor: Standard type uses Y series motor; flameproof type uses YBX3 series explosion-proof motor.


Types

● This fan is a single-stage suction type, available in 13 sizes: No 4, 4.5, 5.6, 6.3, 7.1, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 12.5, 14, 16.

● The fan can be supplied in right-hand and left-hand rotation. Viewed from the motor end, clockwise rotation is right-hand (denoted as "right"), counterclockwise is left-hand (denoted as "left").

● The outlet position is indicated by the discharge angle of the casing. Both left and right rotations can be supplied with angles of 0°, 45°, 90°, 135°, 180°, and 225°.

● Drive methods: Type A (No 4~6.3) and Type D (No 7.1~16).

● Impeller type and installation angle must be specified when ordering. If not specified, the default is right-hand rotation with an angle of 180°.
