Marine & Offshore HVAC-R system is an integrated environmental control system tailored for harsh marine working conditions, including high salt spray, hull rolling & tilting, continuous vibration, limited space and hazardous explosion-proof zones. It covers crew comfort ventilation, air renewal, temperature & humidity regulation, equipment heat dissipation, process refrigeration and fire protection, fully complying with international maritime conventions and classification society rules to ensure safe and stable operation of marine facilities.
Application Scenarios
● Marine Field
Widely applied in container ships, bulk carriers, oil & chemical tankers, cruise ships, ro-ro ships, refrigerated cargo ships, research vessels, platform supply vessels (PSV) and other types of ships. It covers all cabin scenarios including crew accommodation, wheelhouse, public cabins, galley, engine room, switchboard room, cargo hold and food cold storage.
● Offshore Field
Applicable to offshore fixed drilling platforms, semi-submersible platforms, FPSO (Floating Production Storage and Offloading units), offshore wind power platforms, floating LNG facilities and other offshore installations. It serves platform living quarters, central control rooms, explosion-proof operation zones, process equipment cooling and low-temperature storage of hazardous chemicals.

System Composition
● Ventilation System
Consists of marine fans, fire dampers, smoke exhaust valves, silencers, air filter units and explosion-proof louvers. It realizes fresh air supply, cabin exhaust, harmful gas dilution, fire smoke extraction and negative pressure isolation.
● Heating & Air Conditioning System
Includes marine air handling units (MAHU), water chillers, DX air conditioners, electric heating and waste heat heating devices. It provides constant temperature & humidity, dehumidification, air purification and zoned independent temperature control to meet crew comfort and equipment operation requirements.
● Refrigeration System
Divided into marine domestic cold storage refrigeration and offshore process refrigeration, covering food refrigeration & freezing, process medium low-temperature cooling and hazardous chemical constant-temperature storage. Adopts low-GWP environmentally friendly refrigerants in line with maritime environmental regulations.
● Automatic Control & Fire Linkage System
Equipped with special marine building management system (BMS) and intelligent temperature & humidity controllers, supporting remote monitoring, automatic adjustment and fault alarm. It links with fire protection system to cut off air ducts and stop equipment automatically in case of fire.

Compliant with IMO conventions, MARPOL anti-pollution conventions, IEC marine electrical standards and ATEX explosion-proof standards; available for type approval by major classification societies including CCS, DNV, ABS and LR.
