Different from the long-distance air supply of traditional air conditioners, it forms an efficient and closed air circulation: the air supply directly cools the server equipment, and the hot air exhausted by the equipment returns directly to the air conditioner inlet, avoiding cold and hot air crosstalk loss, and maintaining long-term efficient and energy-saving operation of the unit.

Equipped with a full Chinese high-definition large-screen graphical interactive interface and multi-level password protection to prevent illegal operation and ensure equipment safety. The system visually displays the operating status and cumulative running time of all core components in real time, allowing operators to grasp unit conditions at a glance. The built-in expert intelligent fault diagnosis system automatically identifies and accurately displays fault information, greatly reducing maintenance difficulty.
It supports power-off self-starting with customizable delayed start time, adapting to computer room power recovery scenarios. The unit can store 400–1500 historical alarm records for operation traceability and condition analysis. It is equipped with remote measurement, remote signaling and remote control functions to realize real-time monitoring and point-to-point precise control. The standard RS485 monitoring interface complies with MIIT communication protocols, enabling seamless connection with the computer room environment monitoring system. Adopting advanced fuzzy logic PID self-tuning technology, it achieves ultra-stable constant temperature and humidity control.

High-efficiency Variable Frequency Compressor: Adopts dedicated DC inverter scroll compressor for multi-split systems, specially designed for long pipeline and high-drop installation environments of data centers. The high voltage-resistant structure reduces oil discharge and ensures strong anti-fluctuation capability and high operational reliability. Equipped with environmentally friendly R410A refrigerant, it dynamically adjusts cooling capacity according to real-time heat load, matching heat dissipation requirements accurately and eliminating energy waste. The built-in oil separator effectively prevents compressor damage caused by system oil shortage and extends service life.
High-performance EC Fans: Both indoor and outdoor units adopt energy-saving EC fans with stepless speed regulation. The fan speed can be customized according to actual working conditions such as air resistance, equipment load and ambient noise, balancing heat dissipation efficiency and mute performance. The outdoor EC fan automatically adjusts speed with ambient temperature to ensure stable operation under extreme temperatures. Low-temperature components are optional for extremely cold regions to expand application scenarios.
Intelligent Electronic Expansion Valve: The high-precision electronic expansion valve smoothly adjusts throttle opening and intelligently controls refrigerant superheat. It cooperates efficiently with the variable frequency compressor to realize accurate cooling capacity matching with load, featuring wide adjustment range and fast response. It avoids insufficient or excessive cooling, further improving energy-saving efficiency and temperature control accuracy.
3. Full-dimensional Protection Design for Complex Working Conditions
Equipped with liquid circuit solenoid valve and exhaust check valve to prevent high-altitude refrigerant backflow after shutdown and avoid compressor liquid hammer damage. The built-in PTC electric heating component accurately controls supply air temperature to prevent condensation on equipment and air ducts. The wet film isenthalpic humidification technology achieves low-energy and high-efficiency humidification to maintain stable indoor humidity.
It supports low-load dehumidification function, which can automatically adjust compressor frequency and fan speed under low cooling load and high humidity conditions to ensure efficient dehumidification without temperature fluctuation. The intelligent anti-condensation operation logic is triggered automatically in high-humidity and low-temperature environments. The water leakage detection and alarm device stops the unit immediately and sends an alarm once water leakage is detected, eliminating potential safety hazards.
Built-in differential pressure sensor monitors filter blockage in real time and sends an early warning when differential pressure is abnormal, reminding timely cleaning and replacement to ensure smooth air duct and stable cooling efficiency. It supports multi-unit rotation, alternate operation and automatic master-standby switching. The standby unit will be put into operation seamlessly in case of main unit failure to ensure uninterrupted temperature control. Remote centralized monitoring is realized via 485 interface, adapting to cluster operation and maintenance of large-scale modular data centers.
