Winnex Air KT-5.0 (F) Marine Split Wall-Mounted Air Conditioner
Offshore platforms, ocean-going vessels and marine cabins operate under persistent salt spray, high humidity and UV exposure, where ordinary commercial wall-mounted air conditioners develop casing rust, coil perforation and refrigerant leakage within months. The Winnex Air Marine Split Wall-Mounted Air Conditioner (Model KT-5.0 F) is engineered for marine and offshore service. Both indoor and outdoor units are built with 316L stainless steel casing, and the evaporator and condenser coils use copper-tube aluminum-fin construction with an anti-corrosion coating, forming a double corrosion barrier from housing to heat exchanger. Delivering 5000 W cooling and 5500 W heating, rated for ambient temperatures from -7°C to 52°C, it runs reliably under tropical deck heat and beside engine rooms, maintaining comfortable climate control for crew cabins, wheelhouses, electrical control rooms and analyzer shelters.
• Full 316L stainless steel casing against marine salt spray — indoor and outdoor units both in 316L stainless steel, with superior chloride pitting resistance versus galvanized steel or 304, ideal for offshore platforms, shipyards and salt-laden atmospheres.
• Copper-tube aluminum-fin coils with anti-corrosion coating — factory-coated evaporator and condenser resist salt spray without sacrificing heat transfer, cutting coil perforation and refrigerant leakage.
• Stable operation up to 52°C ambient — rated -7°C to 52°C, preventing high-pressure trips in tropical seas and near machinery spaces.
• Wall-mounted split design saves cabin space — indoor unit only 18 kg, 890×245×316 mm; compact split layout preserves valuable cabin floor area.
• Cooling & heating with R410A refrigerant — 5000 W cooling / 5500 W heating, environmentally friendly R410A charge of 1.1 kg.
• IPX4 water protection, Class I electric shock protection — outdoor unit withstands splash water for deck and wet-side mounting.
• Low noise — 48 dBA indoor / 53 dBA outdoor for crew comfort and control-room environment.
• 220V/60Hz marine power supply — native compatibility with vessel and platform 220V/60Hz AC systems.
Offshore oil & gas platform living quarters and control rooms; ocean cargo and engineering vessel crew cabins and wheelhouses; electrical rooms and control cabins; skid-mounted offshore analyzer shelters; port machinery, crane and tower-crane operator cabins.
