Indoor chilled water units operate stably under high return air temperature inside server rooms, realizing stable startup and continuous cooling both in hot summer full-load period and cold winter to avoid shutdown failure under extreme weather.

● Long-life durable design for core components

Key parts including compressors, EC variable-speed fans, controllers and electronic expansion valves adopt industrial durable materials to extend service life and reduce wear and aging from long-term continuous operation. Fan bearings and pipeline seals pass durability tests for non-stop all-year operation.

● Multiple operation protections to prevent unexpected shutdown

Equipped with interlock protections against high/low pressure, overload, phase loss/phase sequence, over temperature and low water flow. When minor working condition fluctuations occur, the unit only reduces cooling output instead of full shutdown to maintain continuous cooling supply.

● Redundant backup operation mechanism

Support N+1 and N+2 cluster redundant configuration with balanced load operation among multiple units. If one unit fails or shuts down for maintenance, the rest will automatically increase cooling capacity to compensate load without interruption of overall room cooling and business services.

● Auto-restart after power failure

Built-in power-off memory and power-on automatic restart program. After unexpected power recovery, the unit resumes operation automatically with preset parameters without on-site manual operation, preventing long-time high temperature risks caused by power cut.

● Stable operation against voltage fluctuation

Wide operating voltage range adapts to unstable power grid. The unit keeps continuous running under minor voltage rise, fall and instantaneous surge without frequent tripping, suitable for industrial parks, remote base stations and other sites with unstable power supply.
