Units are installed directly between server racks with horizontal air supply and return, delivering cold air straight to server inlets. The ultra-short air path avoids cooling loss during long-distance air delivery. Catering to heat dissipation demands of high-density AI servers and blade servers with load over 5kW per rack, it rapidly removes equipment heat, eliminates temperature difference inside racks and aisle hotspots, and ensures uniform stable temperature for all IT hardware.
Each set of indoor and outdoor unit operates independently. Extra cooling units can be added separately when expanding server computing capacity, supporting phased construction. It supports N+1 redundant operation; failure of one single unit will not disrupt cooling of the whole rack row. Standard rack-matching size enables seamless side-by-side installation with server cabinets. Hot-swappable fans allow daily maintenance without shutting down all racks.
Standard configuration includes variable frequency compressors, EC stepless speed regulating fans and electronic expansion valves, which automatically adjust cooling capacity according to real-time room heat load to cut energy waste from frequent start-stop of fixed-speed units. Optional refrigerant pump free cooling module shuts down compressors in low-temperature spring, autumn and winter, and uses refrigerant pumps for heat exchange to realize free cooling, effectively lowering data center PUE and saving long-term electricity cost.
Equipped with independent PLC intelligent control system. The local touch screen intuitively displays temperature, humidity, operating pressure, fan speed, humidification and dehumidification status. Built-in standard communication interfaces seamlessly connect with DCIM data center management systems, supporting remote monitoring, remote parameter adjustment and automatic fault alarm upload. Multi-unit group linkage balances load and reduces manual on-duty costs.
It is not restricted by room height or raised floor. Applicable to newly built large & medium cloud data centers, government & enterprise core equipment rooms, as well as 5G edge computer rooms, telecom base stations, container modular pods and thermal retrofits of legacy server rooms. With few installation limits, it fits most small and medium computing projects.
