Winnex Air Marine Air-Cooled Cassette Split Type Air Conditioner

Winnex Air marine air-cooled cassette split type air conditioner is engineered specifically for onboard installation, an ideal climate control solution for ship meeting rooms and independent cabins. Adopting four-way air discharge design, it delivers evenly distributed indoor temperature. The cassette indoor unit can be recessed into ceiling with a minimum installation depth of 260mm. Custom service is available, including optional explosion-proof version.

Cooling capacity ranges from 3.5kW to 18kW. The unit supports wide voltage options: AC230V/380V/440V/690V, 50Hz/60Hz, single-phase / three-phase, charged with eco-friendly refrigerant.

The outdoor unit housing is made of SS316L stainless steel with robust steel framework, offering outstanding salt fog corrosion resistance for marine environment. It is equipped with high-efficiency hermetic scroll compressors from Danfoss or Copeland as standard configuration.

The evaporator and condenser adopt multi-row cross fin coil structure. A washable filter is mounted in front of the evaporator. The DX cooling coils are designed by professional software and ARI certified, manufactured from seamless copper tubes mechanically bonded to aluminium or copper fins. Blygold or electrophoretic coating protects fins against long-term marine salt corrosion. The C-type evaporator reduces risk of refrigerant leakage, improves heat exchange efficiency and lowers air resistance.

Equipped with streamlined large-diameter turbine centrifugal fan. The impeller with sinusoidal slotted structure improves fan flexibility, suppresses vibration under wide rotating range and reduces motor swing noise to realise low-noise & high-efficiency operation.

Built-in high-lift condensate drain pump with 750mm lifting head simplifies condensate pipe layout. Internal float switch prevents water leakage. Residual water inside drain pan can be fully drained conveniently for stable long-term operation on vessels.
